Just activated email spam filtering - non-spam sites being quarantined.

I know that some valid e-mails are going to be quarantined, but I'm getting mails from our government clients (county, school district, etc.) that are ending up in the quarantine folder.  It seems to me that it's a pretty serious false positive when known government mail servers are being flagged for spam.

Global Settings:

Spam Filtering = ON

Add X-Headers = ON

Filter Bounce Messages (NDR's, etc.) = OFF

Global Rules:

Connection Filtering Settings

Enable Allowed IP List = OFF

Enable Reverse DNS = OFF

Sender Policy Framework = OFF

Enable Greylisting = ON

Quarantine Threshold = 200 (default)

Delete Threshold = 12000 (I turned this up from the default of 6000)

Thank you for the post. The following link explains how to handle a false postive with VIPRE Email security. I hope this information is helpful.

Thank you for your time.
