Poor handling if SQL reporting database is unavailable with Vipre Email Security Server Edition

User description of the issue;

"If the SQL reporting database is unavailable, the Management Console takes a very long time to open, and does not display any message to the effect.
Surely there should be a timeout, so the Management Console can report to the user the reporting database is unavailable. Otherwise it's only after an excessively long waiting period, that the Management Console finally displays, with no statistics."

Technical support ticket opened for this; and have reproduced the symptom on our end. Creating this feature request on behalf of the customer to let our development be aware.
