how do I opt out of auto renewal
When you purchased VIPRE you received an email with an option to opt out of auto renewal. If you don't still have a copy of that email, you can contact our sales team or open a Support ticket and we can assist you with this.

I wish to cancel auto renew if I signed up for it. Do not have original email...made copy of details when purchased.
