VPN login error message

Since I renewed my subscription I receive the following message.

"Your user credentials have expired but were successfully updated. Please try connecting again."

Please advise

Randy, I've fixed your account for you.  You should be able to log in normally now.  

same thing for me!

Same thing happening for me now on my PC.  Separate issue on the MAc - account is up to date etc and still can't connect to VPN all of a sudden.  Ticket was sent. 

after double click on Vipre icon, small box on screen messages "service is not running or disabled"

Kim, it sounds like you're referring to VIPRE Advanced Security, not the VPN.  To resolve that problem, you can follow this guide to run a repair on VIPRE:
