My subscription status

Good morning. My "Subscription Status" should be Lifetime; however, in Manage, is says "Expires in 115 months on Thursday, April 17, 2031." 

Please advise,

Jeanne, this is normal.  VIPRE requires an end date for the subscription to function normally.  In one of our previous software updates, we changed this to show the actual end date instead of just saying Lifetime for PC Lifetime subscriptions.  

Windows 10 crashed on my computer.  I need to reinstall Vipre but no longer have the product key.  Can you resend?

2diamonds, I've resent your purchase email which includes a copy of your product key.

can not log in to my viper acc I have NO viper internet security I have a product key Not working WHY????
