Running the Agent's Diagnostic Tool to Upload Logs:
- Open the VIPRE Business Agent through the Tray Icon
- Goto Help at the Top-Left, then About, then Support Tools
- Select the Run Diagnostics... option
- Enter your Ticket Number in the field provided
- Select "OK and allow the process to complete
- Once the file has uploaded, please Inform Support
Manually Uploading the logs to the ThreatTrack FTP if the Automatic Upload Fails:
Note: All Version 6 (and earlier) Agents must manually upload their logs
- Locate the Agent's Zipped Log Folder on the DesktopThe File will start with "sbea_"
- Upload this file to the FTP using the article below:
- Once the file has uploaded, please Inform Support
Note:Should the Log Collection Tool itself fail, Click Here to gather the log files manually.
