Running VIPRE Email Security's Snapshot Utility:

  1. Goto: StartProgramsVIPRE Email SecuritySupport ToolsVIPRE Email Security Snapshot
    • Note: "VIPRE Email Security" will be inside "Sunbelt Software" on some older versions
  2. Enter your Ticket Number in the field provided
  3. Ensure all "Tasks" in the left-hand pane are checked
  4. Ensure "Create zip archive" and "FTP results to Support" are both checked
  5. Select Snap! and inform Support once the upload has finished.

Submitting the logs manually if the automatic upload fails:

  1. Locate the Zip file containing the VIPRE Email Security Snapshot:
    • Version C:\Program Files (x86)\VIPRE Email Security\Support\ (Default)
    • Older Versions: C:\Program Files (x86)\Sunbelt Software\VIPRE Email Security\Support\ (Default)
  2. Upload this file to the Threat Track FTP using the information in the article below:
  3. Inform Support once the upload has finished
