Running VIPRE Email Security's Snapshot Utility:
Goto: Start> Programs> VIPRE Email Security> Support Tools> VIPRE Email Security Snapshot
- Note: "VIPRE Email Security" will be inside "Sunbelt Software" on some older versions
- Enter your Ticket Number in the field provided
- Ensure all "Tasks" in the left-hand pane are checked
- Ensure "Create zip archive" and "FTP results to Support" are both checked
- Select Snap! and inform Support once the upload has finished.
Submitting the logs manually if the automatic upload fails:
Locate the Zip file containing the VIPRE Email Security Snapshot:
- Version 220.127.116.11+: C:\Program Files (x86)\VIPRE Email Security\Support\ (Default)
- Older Versions: C:\Program Files (x86)\Sunbelt Software\VIPRE Email Security\Support\ (Default)
- Upload this file to the Threat Track FTP using the information in the article below:
- Inform Support once the upload has finished
