Should the VIPRE Business Console's definitions become corrupt, ALL agents attempting to update will fail.
These corrupt files can be purged and redownloaded to resolve the trouble:
- Close the Console and Stop the VIPRE Business Site Service
- Purge the contents of the the following folders:
- Start the VIPRE Business Site Service and open the Console
- Select "Site Properties" followed by "Updates"
- Ensure the definitions report "Work in Progress" and proceed to "Healthy"
