If VIPRE Password Vault does not auto fill log-in credentials on your browser, could be a cause by couple of reasons, follow troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue. 

  1. Make sure that the VIPRE Password Vault is unlocked in the system tray area or in the caption button on your browser. The VIPRE Password Vault icon should have a blue color when its unlocked. 
  1. Make sure that you are running the latest version of VIPRE Password Vault. Open VIPRE Password Vault interface and go to Menu > Help and About. You can also check if there are any updates available from the same Menu > Help and Check for updates
  1. Make sure that your browser is listed as installed on your VIPRE Password Vault Supported browsers. If your browser is grayed out, it means that the plug-in is not installed. Click the install button to install. 

  1. Make sure that VIPRE Password add-on is enabled on your browser and the version of add-on in your browser is the same version as your VIPRE Password Vault version. 
      1. If you are using a 64-bit operating system, check if your browser is running in a 32-bit or a 64-bit version. At this time VIPRE Password Vault does not support 64-bit applications. You can run VIPRE Password on a 64-bit operating systems but only with 32-bit applications (including browsers). If you have problems with a 64-bit application working with VIPRE Password Vault, please try to run with the 32-bit version if it's possible. 
      2. Try to re-create the account again, the site and/or the link may have been changed. To do so, delete the problematic account and create it again. Backup your log in information always before deleting account you want to re-create.
      3. If you still have trouble, contact us directly with the problematic browser, URL and steps to reproduce this issue together with your VIPRE Password Vault System Information ( System tray > Help > System info - click the copy button and paste to the support request)
