The following guide will show you how to fix the history cleaner if it is crashing after upgrading to Windows 10.
- Right Click on the Start Menu and select Run.
- Type into the run command window, inetcpl.cpl.
- This will open Internet Properties.
- Click on Advanced.
- Select Reset
- Select Reset again, you may elect to click Delete Personal Settings to completely reset Internet Explorer.
- The system will reflect the components it is resetting.
- Click close.
- The History Cleaner will no longer crash.
