Q. I purchased a lifetime license from HSN. Will I lose that?
A. As long as you have a valid license for VIPRE Mobile Security, then we can assist you with receiving the same licensing terms for VIPRE Android Security.
Contact us by opening a support request. Make sure you have the following information to attach to your support request:
- VIPRE Mobile Security Proof-of-Purchase from HSN
- If you don't have this available, you can request a copy by calling HSN at 1-800-284-5757.
- If your purchase was over a year ago, request a copy of your proof-of-purchase from HSN's Records/Archives Department.
Q. Do I have to pay for the transition to VIPRE Android Security?
A. If you have a current subscription to VIPRE Mobile Security, then there is no cost to transfer the remainder of that subscription to VIPRE Android Security.
Q. Will I lose access to data I have backed up through your service?
A. Yes, once the Mobile Security Portal is shut down. Due to feedback from customers like you, we have extended access to our Mobile Security Portal, located at www.vipremobile.com until January 17, 2020, to give you added time to retrieve your backed up data.

Q. Will this affect other VIPRE products that I use?
A. No, this transition only affects VIPRE Mobile Security. Our award-winning products, such as VIPRE Advanced Security and VIPRE Antivirus Plus, will continue to provide you with premium online protection on your desktop or laptop computers.

PIN Timeout protects your Android device after five consecutive incorrect attempts to access PIN protected apps
Smart Unlock stops requests from the App Lock feature to enter the PIN code or fingerprint confirmation for protected apps each time you access them
